If you are a VAT registered business requiring a VAT invoice, you will require a trade (business) account.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Wazookah and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Wazookah does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Wazookah itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
RETURNS
All products sold on this site are covered by the standard manufacture warranty and if you experience any fault with the products please contact the manufacture for support
If you place an order and change your mind, orders placed can be cancelled prior to shipping or within 7 working days after date of delivery, please do so by contacting us at contact@wazookah.co.uk with your order number and gaining a return authorisation number. Any goods which are returned to us are at the buyers expense and must be returned in new and unused condition with all packaging. Any goods which are sealed must remain sealed and If we deem the goods have not been returned in new condition your refund will be declined and goods returned to you at your cost.
All delivery and return postage charges are non-refundable if you decide to return goods to us (this does not apply to goods received incorrectly).
We will only refund by way of the original purchase method of payment
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 7 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund or despatch new goods as replacement once we have received the faulty goods back and tested them. Please contact us prior to sending items back to gain a return authorisation number.
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.
APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting WAZOOKAH, you agree that the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Wazookah or its associates.
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Wazookah or to products you purchase through Wazookah shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the United Kingdom, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Wazookah`s intellectual property rights, Wazookah may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court of law in the United Kingdom, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

COMPLAINTS
We work very hard to ensure customer satisfaction, but sometimes things can and do go wrong. If feel that your issue has not been dealt with effectively by our telephone staff, or you have a general complaint regarding our company, these can be addressed to the Customer Services Manager at the above address or by email to Customer Services. Please start the subject of your email with the word Complaint:. We will endeavour to acknowledge written/email complaints within 1-3 working days. The time it takes to reach complete resolution of your complaint will be governed by the nature and complexity of the issue, but we will endeavour to ensure that customers are informed of the progress of any complaint as appropriate.
AGE VERIFICATION
Orders from new customers, will be subject to age verification to prevent underage selling. This will be performed on the first order only, unless customer details change.
EXPORT SALES
Any purchases from outside the UK will have to pay any local duties and taxes in their country calculated by their local customs team. We are not responsible for any import charges for customers who order from outside the UK
