Our Returns Policy

RETURNS

All products sold on this site are covered by the standard manufacture warranty and if you experience any fault with the products please contact the manufacture for support

If you place an order and change your mind,  orders placed can be cancelled prior to shipping or within 7 working days after date of delivery, please do so by contacting us at contact@wazookah.co.uk with your order number and gaining a return authorisation number. Any goods which are returned to us are at the buyers expense and must be returned in new and unused condition with all packaging. Any goods which are sealed must remain sealed and If we deem the goods have not been returned in new condition your refund will be declined and goods returned to you at your cost.

All delivery and return postage charges are non-refundable if you decide to return goods to us (this does not apply to goods received incorrectly).

We will only refund by way of the original purchase method of payment

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 7 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund or despatch new goods as replacement once we have received the faulty goods back and tested them. Please contact us prior to sending items back to gain a return authorisation number.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.
